On Saturday, November 17, 2018 join the LBIF for Science Saturday, starting at 11:00 a.m.
You hear about living shorelines, municipal planning, and involvement by individual homeowners. The session provides brief overview of LBI related projects with “behind the scenes” planning and evaluation issues presented by project planners and municipal officials. A series of presentation and a lively panel discussion will provide some answers…and some more questions!
What are Science Saturdays?
Extending our annual Science Saturdays, our Fall Science Saturday series at LBIF continues to partner with local experts to tackle todays’ most pressing scientific, environmental, and sustainability issues that directly affect our shore community and the Barnegat Bay. Science Saturdays are structured to be interactive and informative (and sometimes hands-on) presentations in an informal atmosphere.
Fee: $5 // Free for LBIF Members
